Litigation involving rights and obligations connected to an employment contract or the rupture of an employment contract is dealt with by the French Employment Tribunal
(Le Conseil de Prud’hommes).

 

Parties are automatically invited to an obligatory conciliation process. If conciliation does not succeed then the second phase begins where the case will be sent for judgement.

 

Accidents at work where there is a claim for damages for personal injury come under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal des Affaires de Sécurité Sociale.

 

Clients can be assisted and represented in front of the relevant tribunal as well as through any conciliation process and negotiations.
