Joy Morton qualified as a Barrister and was Called to the Bar of England & Wales over 20 years ago by Gray’s Inn. Joy has lived in France for twelve years where she qualified as a French Avocat, the French equivalent of a barrister, giving her rights of audience in the French courts.
She started her profession at Temple Inn London with the Chambers of Lord Campbell of Alloway on Kings Bench Walk where she dealt with civil and criminal law. She subsequently pursued a career with international law and accountancy practices specialising in trusts, tax, employment law and acquisitions where she assisted large companies quoted on the London, New York and Paris stock exchanges.
Today she works as a French Avocat in a chambers in South-West France practicing as a member of the Barreau du Gers.
